Have in mind the following ideas and details...(again, see the checklist for help)
- Day of the week
- How many people
- How long of an event
- Number of Courses (Appetizers, Salad, Entree, Dessert)
- Alcohol, how much, what type, budget
- Your overall budget, PLEASE BE UPFRONT, we can work with ANY budget
- A deposit is required to hold your date...usually 30% of overall cost
- We are FLEXIBLE! Let us know what your ideas are, we'll make it happen!
Generally...many of our parties follow this format (only a suggestion)
~Family Style (platters) of Appetizers to Share
~Salad Selection (Usually one or two max)
~Choice of Three Entrees
(One or Two Seafood, Beef and a Chicken)
Vegetarian Selection
(We are happy to accommodate special needs like Gluten Free, or No Dairy for example)
~Dessert Choice of Two, Coffee Service
Wine can be allocated by specific selections, or we have fantastic house selections that are reasonably priced.
